Are there any hidden charges for private sellers?
No, we are completely transparent with our pricing. Sellers can list their property free of charge, we don’t take a commission. There are options to feature your property on the homepage for 14 days / 30 days with a small upgrade fee. Alternatively, if sellers would like to use our assisted listing service to enhance photos and help with their property write up, there is a small charge for this too.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes, there is no limit on the amount of property / land you list. Please note that you must possess the relevant authority to list & sell the property / land.
Are there any fees for buyers?
No, this is a free service. Sign up, browse, save & connect with sellers across the platform. All of our tools and features are free for buyers to use.
